ID Help! Nicaraguan Coleoptera

I need help identifying the insects I photographed in Nicaragua. If you recognize any of the beetles below, please leave a comment below with the photo reference number (i.e. “Beetle01″) and the scientific name. I’d very much appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

  • Beetle01 is in the genus Neoptychodes, looks like N. trilineatus (Linnaeus, 1771) due to the orange spotting between the white markings. Distributed from the southwestern USA to South America, Baja California, the West Indies, and Tahiti.

    Beetle09 seems to be the genus Psapharochrus. It's a big genus, so I'm not 100% on the species, but it sure looks like a match with these photos of P. circumflexus (Jacquelin du Val in Sagra) 1857, distributed from Mexico to Panama, northern South America, and the West Indies.

    Sorry, can't help you with the other beetles.
